Network
With satellite earth stations in six major cities and
leased-lines in three others, WorldLink owns and operates
the largest private data network in Nepal. For data connectivity
in remote areas, WorldLink has installed VSAT satellite
terminals. For international data and internet connectivity,
WorldLink has two satellite earth stations utilizing two
separate satellites for complete redundancy.
Customer Care
Effective 10th October, 2004 WorldLink has started 24
hours Phone Support. Support Staffs are now available
24 hours a day, 7 days a week to cater to customer needs.

support to 24 hours is just one of our ways in saying
‘WE CARE’.

WorldLink's top position in Nepal's Internet Industry,

as its strategic partner in Nepal to host its content
delivery server.
